In today's tutorial video, we will see how to disassemble and replace the front headlamp bulb on the BMW F800 GS motorcycle in simple steps. First, move to the front and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the headlamp bracket to remove it; then remove the plastic covers located behind the headlamp, disconnecting the electrical connector of the bulbs and the metal clip, as shown in the video.

At this point, remove and replace the bulb with a new one that has the same fitting (in this case, type H7); then reassemble everything!

To remove the rear wheel of the GasGas EC 250, first dismantle the chain by removing it from the sprocket attached to the rear wheel. Once the chain is removed, you can unscrew the nut that secures the rear wheel spindle and holds it to the swingarm. When the securing spindle is removed, you can completely take out the wheel from its housing and replace it with a new spare part. After replacement, refit the securing spindle and reposition the chain around the sprocket.
