Model: Bmw R 1200 Gs
To replace the spark plugs on a BMW R 1200 GS, remove the plastic cover located on the side of the bike, over the appropriate casing. Once removed, disconnect the connector attached to the spark plug and extract it from its housing using a socket wrench. The new spark plug can then be installed and connected properly. The secondary spark plug is located at the bottom of the casing on the opposite side of the bike. It can be removed and replaced in the same manner as the first.
