The replacement of the BMW R 1200 GS handlebars is carried out by first loosening the counterweight located at the end of the handlebar and also detaching the corresponding end of the handguard; once these two components have been removed, it will be possible to completely cut the old handlebar so that it is removed from its housing on the handlebar. The same operation must be performed on the other side, thus installing the new handlebars, fixing them with the counterweights and also repositioning the handguard.

The Piaggio MP3 engine oil change is carried out by unscrewing the oil drain plug which is positioned in the lower part of the bike, immediately in front of the rear wheel. Once the cap has been opened, it will be possible to let the used oil flow into a suitably positioned container. Next to the drain plug there will be the oil filter, which must be extracted from its seat and replaced with a new spare part. After the replacement, it will also be possible to close the drain plug and top up from the special vent.
