Model: Bmw R 1200 Gs
To replace the battery on the BMW R 1200 GS, remove the side cover of the bike located just beneath the seat on the right side. Once this cover is detached, loosen the bolts underneath and disconnect the connectors attached to the battery. After the battery is freed, you can extract it from its housing and replace it with a new part. The new battery should then be connected to the appropriate terminals and secured with its fixing screws.
