How to change coolant on BMW F800 R

In this guide, let's see the instructions that will allow us to drain and top up the coolant or antifreeze of the BMW F800 R motorcycle, but also of the F800 GS. First of all we put our bike on the central stand and start removing the right side plastic fairing, unscrewing the cap of the coolant tank; then unscrew the bleed screw of the water pump crankcase, making it drain the fluid into a container, as shown in the video. At this point we pour the new antifreeze liquid, filling up to the face of the maximum level!

How to change the engine oil of Suzuki RM-Z450?

In order to replace the engine oil of the Suzuki RM-Z450 you have to loosen the screws that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike; once this has been removed, it will be possible to go and unscrew the oil drain plug located in the part previously covered by the plate. Therefore all the used oil must be collected in a suitably positioned container; when all the oil has run out, the oil filter can be removed and replaced. Then you will have to top up by inserting the new oil from the vent on the crankcase on the left of the bike.
