This guide provides instructions for draining and refilling the coolant or antifreeze in the BMW F800 R motorcycle, as well as the F800 GS. First, place your motorcycle on the centre stand and start by removing the right side plastic fairing, unscrewing the cap of the coolant reservoir; then unscrew the drain screw on the water pump casing, allowing the fluid to drain into a container, as shown in the video.

At this point, pour in the new antifreeze, filling it up to the maximum level mark!

How to Set the Clock on the Sym Jet14 125?

To adjust the clock on the Sym Jet14 125, turn on the instrument panel by inserting the ignition key into the corresponding slot. Once the panel is on, press and hold the M button located underneath until one of the numbers on the clock starts flashing. At this point, repeatedly press the S button, also located beneath the panel, to change that number.
