This guide provides instructions for draining and refilling the coolant or antifreeze in the BMW F800 R motorcycle, as well as the F800 GS. First, place your motorcycle on the centre stand and start by removing the right side plastic fairing, unscrewing the cap of the coolant reservoir; then unscrew the drain screw on the water pump casing, allowing the fluid to drain into a container, as shown in the video. At this point, pour in the new antifreeze, filling it up to the maximum level mark!
