How to replace the battery in the BMW R 1200GS?

Before doing so, let's make sure that the key is not inserted in order to operate in complete safety. Let's start by positioning ourselves on the right side of the bike, then we remove the small side panel by unscrewing the corresponding bolt. Then, we release the strap, remove the additional protective panel, and extract the battery from its housing. At this point, we can disconnect both terminals, starting with the negative one, and follow the reverse procedure to install the replacement.

How do you reset the Service warning light on the Aprilia Shiver 750?

In order to reset the Aprilia Shiver Service warning light, the instrument panel must be turned on, so that the menu can be accessed: by moving the controls to the right of the steering wheel, it will be possible to select the "Diagnostics" item. Then you will have to enter the code 12390 to access the Diagnostics menu: at this point, by selecting "Coupons reset" a confirmation screen will appear. By selecting "Yes" it will be possible to reset the maintenance intervals; once this operation has been completed, it will be possible to switch the ignition off and on again to check it.
