Replacement of the rear brake pads of the BMW 2 Series

Today's step-by-step instructions will show us the process of disassembling and replacing the rear brake pads of the BMW 2 Series. First, we lift the vehicle and remove the rear wheel by unscrewing the bolts; then we unscrew the screws of the rear brake caliper, removing the old brake pads as shown in the video. At this point, we press the caliper piston to retract it, cleaning the caliper from any residual dirt; we install the new brake pads and finally the caliper on the disc, then reassemble the wheel!
