Door Speaker Replacement

Model: BMW Serie 3 E46 - Years 1998-2006

Remove the screws on the door handle using a Torx wrench. Take off the armrest by removing the screws located at the bottom. Unscrew all the screws around the panel to access additional mounting screws. Unscrew the screws securing the pillar cover and remove it. Some screws are hidden under plastic caps that need to be removed using a plastic tool to avoid damaging the panel. Pull the panel to release all the plastic clips. Carefully pull the panel upward to disengage other clips. Disconnect the speaker wires and other connectors. You now have access to the internal components. Replace the speakers by removing the three retaining screws on the baskets.
