How to replace the battery of BMW 5 Series vehicles

The battery of the BMW 5 Series vehicles is located inside the vehicle's trunk. To replace it, we need to open the trunk of the car and remove the plastic cover at the base of the trunk. The battery is located next to the spare wheel. To remove the battery, we need to use a torque wrench to unscrew the nut on the mounting bracket. Then, disconnect the positive terminal connector and then the negative terminal connector. Replace the battery with a working one and connect the negative terminal first and then the positive terminal. Secure the battery with the bracket and close the trunk lid.
