Replacement front brake discs BMW X5

Model: BMW X5 E53 - Years 1999-2006

In this video we will see how to replace the brake discs of our impressive BMW X5 SUV. First we will go to lift our car and remove the wheels; after which we will take care of removing the brake caliper: lever with a flat screwdriver inside the caliper to loosen the spring. So let's unscrew the two screws on the back of the caliper (covered by two plastic caps). So we will be able to remove the retainer on the front and be able to remove the whole caliper. At this point it will be enough to remove the screws that hold the disc locked and the job is done! If the screws are difficult to remove, remember to apply a bit of unscrewing.
