How to Remove the Rear Light of a BMW X3

Model: BMW X3 MK 1, E83 - Years 2003-2010

Before starting, open the trunk lid of your BMW X3. Begin by prying off and removing the plastic cover next to the rear light. This will give you access to the bolts that secure the light to the vehicle. Proceed to unscrew and remove these bolts. Once you have removed both bolts, pull the light out of its housing just enough to disconnect the rear power connector. After completing this step, you can remove the light, and the disassembly will be finished.
