Replacing Rear Headlight Bulbs on BMW X3

Model: BMW X3 MK 1, E83 - Years 2003-2010

Are the rear headlight bulbs blown? Don’t worry, let’s see how to replace them on a BMW X3. Open the trunk by pressing the electric button. Locate the inspection cover for the headlight (located on the side of the trunk). Remove the plastic cover, pull the bulb holder out of the headlight, and extract the damaged bulbs using a screwdriver. Install the new bulbs (always the correct type and size). Reinstall the bulb holder in the rear headlight housing. Close the trunk cover with the plastic cap. Turn on the headlights.
