Remove the BMW E46 front seat

Do we want to remove the front seat of a BMW 3 series? Let's see how the seat is removed from inside the passenger compartment. We move the seat back (with the electric buttons if present) and bring the seat up, then, with a socket wrench, unscrew the tightening screws placed on the front rail. We move the seat forward with the shift buttons and remove the clamp screws from the rear of the rail. We disconnect the front seat power terminals if present. Let's take the seat apart and pull it out of the car. We fit a new seat or a repaired seat.
