In this video tutorial we will see the basic steps that will allow us to disassemble the cylinder head on a BMW X3 E83 M54. First of all we open the bonnet of our car and we go to remove our cylinder head cover, disconnecting the electrical connectors that we find at the top and unscrewing the cover screws; once removed we proceed with the disassembly of our timing chain, marking all the necessary references. At this point we unscrew all the screws of the cylinder head to remove it together with the camshaft, following the video tutorial to the end!

How to Replace the Front Headlights on the Opel Antara

First, release the bonnet using the lever to lift it and secure it with the prop rod. Then, remove the clips from the top of the black panel above the bumper to lift it out. Proceed to remove the bolts securing each headlight. Lift the headlight by disconnecting the parts that hold it at the back. If you only need to replace the bulbs, remove the rear covers and replace the bulbs individually. To replace the entire headlight, simply disconnect the connector at the back.
