Maintenance of the Car Intake Manifold

For optimal engine performance, it is essential to have a good air-gasoline mixture ratio at the carburetor. Air enters the carburetor through the intake manifold. To ensure a good seal from the intake manifold, check that the screws and nuts are not loose; if they are, tighten them with the appropriate wrenches. If the problem persists, you can loosen and remove the locking screws or nuts and take off the gasket that is no longer providing a good seal.
