Where to Find the Fuses on BMW 1 Series

Model: BMW Serie 1 E81, E82, MK 1, E87 - Years 2004-2013

On BMW 1 Series, the fuse box is located inside the cabin, directly behind the glove compartment in front of the passenger seat. To access it, you need to completely remove the glove compartment. First, disconnect the pneumatic damper on the side that supports its opening. Then, while simultaneously pressing the internal side levers, gently pull it out. Once the glove compartment is removed, you can reach the fuses and replace any faulty ones. Reinsert the glove compartment by applying slight pressure and reconnect the pneumatic damper.
