In the BMW 1 Series, all fuses are located within the designated fuse box situated at the back of the glove compartment on the passenger side; to access it, open the glove compartment and unclip the fastening pins near the side pistons, allowing the glove compartment to be fully removed.

This will provide access to the fuse box, where the positions and functions of the fuses are indicated in the vehicle's user and maintenance manual.

Here, you can identify the fuses responsible for the operation of the windscreen wipers, front headlights, etc.
