In this short and simple guide, you will learn how to remove and replace the window regulator mechanism of the BMW 5 Series. First, open the front or rear door and start removing the door panel by prying it off from the sides and disconnecting the connectors at the back; then, unscrew the bolts of the window regulator and disconnect the side glass from it, as shown in the video.

At this point, replace and reinstall the new window regulator mechanism, securing it properly and reattaching the door panel!
