How to Replace the Speakers in a BMW 3 Series

Model: BMW Serie 3 E91, E90, E92 - Years 2005-2013

Open the door panel and remove the thin metal plate located halfway up the door. This will allow you to unscrew the screws that secure the door. Now, lift the door from the edges using a plastic pry tool. For more details on removing the panel, consult the other guides available on our site. After removing the door, disconnect the connectors at the back. You will then have access to the speaker. Simply disconnect the connectors attached to the speaker and unscrew the bolts that secure the speaker to replace it.
