Fuse box location on BMW 1 Series E87

The fuse box in the BMW 1 Series E87 is generally located in the passenger side glove compartment. Here's how you can access the fuse box. Open the glove compartment. Remove the shock absorber from the lower support by pressing it forward. Unhook the glove compartment by pressing the two tabs and fold it down. After replacing a fuse, push the glove compartment back up until it clicks into place and replace the shock absorber. The layout of the fuses and details on which circuits they protect are indicated in the vehicle's owner's manual.

How to Remove the High-Pressure Fuel Pump on VW Golf

In this video, learn how to remove the high-pressure fuel pump on the Volkswagen Golf. Lift the bonnet and secure it, then remove the engine soundproofing panel. Using a screwdriver, unscrew the locking pins of the ventilation pipe and remove the piece from the engine bay. Start removing the fastening pins of the pump as shown in the video. Once the piece is detached from its seat, disconnect the clip present on it. Finally, refit the high-pressure fuel pump in the engine bay, along with the intake pipe and the soundproofing panel.
