Diagnostic port location on the BMW 1 Series E87

In this video, we can see where the EOBD (European On Board Diagnostic) port is located on the BMW 1 Series version E84; E82; E87, which are models produced from 2004 to 2013. Unlike many other models, which have the diagnostic port along with the fuse box, BMW has designed a specific location for this component in this version. It is located on the front door pillar, driver's side, towards the front. Here we find a small door that can be removed by applying force to the corner of the pillar; we remove the protective cover and find our diagnostic port.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
