In this tutorial we can see how to replace the battery of the BMW 5 Series remote control, an extremely simple and quick operation. To do this we will need a small flat-tipped screwdriver and a replacement battery of type CR2032. First of all, we extract the emergency metal key by pressing the appropriate button, then we insert the screwdriver into the just released slot, leverage and separate the rear cover. At this point we remove the old battery, insert the replacement one respecting the polarity and reassemble everything following the reverse procedure.
