Today we will discover the step-by-step instructions that will allow us to deactivate the front passenger airbag, in case of a child seat being present, in the Chevrolet Orlando. First, we open the front passenger door and insert the ignition key into the airbag cylinder; we then rotate it to the off position to deactivate the front passenger airbag, as shown in the video.

At this point, we restore the position to on once the child seat has been removed from the front passenger seat; this type of operation can be carried out at any time.
