To remove the inner door panel on a Chevrolet Aveo, open the door and locate the hidden fixing screws behind the plastic covers. Remove the covers with a lever and unscrew all the screws present.

Then unclip the internal handle if necessary. Insert a plastic lever between the panel and the metal and lever around the perimeter to release the clips.

Once loosened, lift the panel upwards to detach it from the upper edge near the glass. Disconnect the electrical connectors for the window controls and speakers.

After removal, you can access the internal components of the door. For reassembly, reconnect the connectors, reposition the panel, press on the clips, and screw all the screws back in.
