How do you open the hood of the Citroën C3?

In order to open the hood of the Citroën C3, you need to pull the red lever located inside the cabin, immediately to the bottom left of the steering column. By pulling this lever, you will unlock the hood latch actuator. Once it is unlocked, you can insert your hand under the hood to move the actuator to the left in order to open the hood. It can be locked in place with the appropriate rod, and to close it, simply push it down with enough force.
