Location of the EOBD port of the Citroen DS4

In this video we see the position of the EOBD (European On Board Diagnostic) port on the Citroen DS4: it is the diagnostic port borrowed from the American OBDII port, and it has been made mandatory on all gasoline vehicles in category M1 since January 1, 2001 (we are obviously talking about new models); for diesel cars, the requirement came into force, again for category M1, from January 1, 2004, while for commercial vehicles in category N1, from January 1, 2007. Of course, there was nothing stopping some vehicles from being equipped with an OBDII port even before these dates. On the DS 4, the port is not easily accessible. We need to remove the partition located under the air conditioning controls, possibly using a plastic spatula that does not scratch the plastics. Underneath, we will find our port, a bit hidden but accessible.
