The air conditioner of a Citroen C4 Picasso is not working: possible causes and remedy

A problem that often occurs with Citroen C4 Picasso is the failure of the dual-zone air conditioning system, as shown in this video. The youtuber has removed the lower part of the dashboard so we can check if the levers move when commanded from the screen. In fact, the flaps are located right where we removed the cover, on both sides. If we also remove the lower part and set it to "foot heating" mode and then place the phone underneath in "selfie" mode, we can see that there is a lever that moves there as well. We then check the radiator, remove the additional heater used to warm the air when the water is still cold. A temperature measurement of the water in the radiator is taken, showing that the temperature is much higher in the upper part compared to the lower part: this indicates that the radiator is clogged, so the solution is to remove and clean it, or replace it.
