To replace the stop bulbs, proceed as follows. Fixed stop (1): open the boot and remove the access cap towards the stop; unscrew the two fixing screws and disconnect the connector from the lamp.

Once free, operate the two release levers to access the bulbs. After replacing the bulbs, reverse the steps to close the rear cap, reposition the stop in its housing, insert the two screws and the connector, and close the access cap. Stop in the bonnet (2): remove the access cap, unscrew the two fixing screws, disconnect the connector, and remove the lamp from its housing.

Remove the sealing gasket, lever the release tabs to access the bulbs, check for any blown bulbs, and reverse the process to close the stop, insert the sealing gasket, secure the lamp in its housing with the two screws, and reconnect the connector. Close the plastic cap, and you’re done.

How to Activate the Disabled TRC on the Toyota Yaris?

As the video clearly shows, disabling or activating the traction control (TRC or ESP) on the Toyota Yaris is very simple. By default, the traction system activates every time the vehicle is started. To disable it, simply press the button depicting a skidding car located in the centre of the vehicle where the controls are, such as the hazard lights and the radio, but near the handbrake. Once disabled, the TRC off light will illuminate on the dashboard. To reactivate it, just press the same button again.
