Video tutorial

Let's see how to change the gear knob on a Citroen or Peugeot vehicle. You can find it for £3.85 on AliExpress with code 1005009155232355: free delivery on orders over £10. The replacement on models with a push-fit attachment, like the one in the video, is as simple as it gets: firmly grasp the existing knob and pull it decisively upwards.

It will detach by pressure removal. Align the new knob with the lever shaft and push it down firmly until you hear it click and lock into place.

No tools are required; this operation takes just a few seconds.
