Replacing Gear Knob on Citroen/Peugeot

Today, you will learn how to remove the gear knob on Citroen and Peugeot vehicles. First, get in the car and remove the old knob: to do this, detach the gaiter from the bottom by prying it off, then pull upwards to remove the clip holding the knob, cutting it if necessary. At this point, pull firmly upwards to extract the gaiter and knob: separate the knob from the gaiter and refit the new knob onto the original gaiter. Then, reassemble everything, remembering to place the clip between the gaiter and knob!
