Today, we will replace the battery in the Citroen C4 Picasso using a Bosch S4 008 battery rated at 680 Amps and 12 Volts. Start the replacement by gathering a ratchet with an extension, a 13 mm socket, a 10 mm socket, and a universal joint. Open the front bonnet and lift the plastic cover of the battery. Remove the fuse box by pressing the two tabs. Release the latch and unscrew the three nuts using the 13 mm socket. Lift the grey parts and release the two clips to extract the electronic board, keeping the wiring connected. Release the lower clip to remove the fuse box. Pull up the front part of the battery compartment and disconnect the negative terminal of the battery, followed by the positive; before removing the battery, unscrew the nut securing the battery box using the 10 mm socket and ratchet extension. Insert the new battery into the box and secure the nut. Connect the positive and negative terminals. Reinsert the fuse box and mount the board. Connect the wiring and secure the three nuts. Finally, refit the fuse box cover and the battery box cover.

How to adjust the handbrake on the Smart Fortwo?
To adjust the handbrake on the Smart Fortwo, loosen the screws securing the left rear wheel so that it can be removed: after the wheel has been removed from its seat, loosen the screws securing the corresponding brake drum, locating the shoes and the handbrake mechanism. This can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the shoes to regulate the intensity of the handbrake; once the adjustment is complete, verify that the operation has been successfully finished. by ScegliAuto More videos
