How to Replace the Battery in a 2016 Citroen C4 Picasso

The failure to start the 2016 Citroen C4 Picasso is due to a flat battery that needs replacing. We will reuse a 9000 AGM 12-volt and 70-amp battery for the replacement. To carry out the battery replacement, open the front bonnet and unscrew the screws that secure the fuse box above it. It is not necessary to disconnect the entire box; just move it forward once it is removed from the bracket. Using an 18 mm spanner, unscrew the bolts that secure the battery to the bracket. Disconnect the negative terminal using a flat-head screwdriver if necessary, and then disconnect the positive terminal. Remove the battery from its seat and insert the new one. Connect the positive terminal first and then the negative terminal; if necessary, clean any rust with a wire brush before connecting the terminals. Mount the nut that secures the battery to the bracket to fix it in place. Return the fuse box to its position, securing it on the battery. Start the vehicle to test the battery's operation.
