In order to remove the Telepass from the car windshield, you will need to use a very thin wire, which should be inserted between the device's attachment and the windshield itself: the Telepass is in fact fixed to the inside of the windshield using glue. Once the wire is inserted, you will need to move it laterally and vertically to ensure that the glue inside is consumed. When the glue is completely consumed, it will be possible to completely detach the Telepass from its housing, and then clean the area.
