Engine Oil and Filter Replacement

Model: Citroen C3 FC, FN - Years 2002-2009

To perform the oil and filter replacement, it is recommended to lift the vehicle on a hydraulic lift if possible for easier access to the oil drain plug, located at the front right corner. After placing a container to collect the used oil, unscrew the plug and re-tighten it after draining. The filter is located near the exhaust manifold: unscrew the plastic cap, remove the old cartridge, and install the new one, also replacing the O-ring gaskets usually included in the filter kit. Finally, fill the engine with new oil according to the quantities and SAE specifications indicated in the user and maintenance manual.
