Why don't the windows of the Citroen C3 Aircross work anymore?

In case the power windows of the Citroen C3 Aircross suddenly stop working, it is very likely that it is due to a malfunction of the corresponding fuses, whose positions are indicated in this video. As we can see, they are both located in the box inside the cabin, precisely in the lower left area of the dashboard on the driver's side, and are labeled with the codes F3 and F5. The first one is related to the front power windows, while the second one is related to the rear power windows. If they are faulty, make sure to use replacements with the same specifications.
