To open the trunk from inside the Citroen C4, we go to the external trunk, try to open it but notice that it doesn't open. Therefore, we take a flathead screwdriver, insert it into a rod with the same diameter as the screwdriver handle, secure it in place with tape; then we go to the rear seats, flip them down using the lever on the upper side of the backrest, to access the trunk from the inside. We insert the screwdriver between the plastic and the trunk lock, so that the latch in the hinge moves and the trunk unlocks, allowing it to be opened from the outside.
