To open the trunk you will need to fold down the rear seats using the appropriate lever as shown in the video below, after folding down the seats you need to go to the trunk, then you need to pry as shown in the video, on the lock, at this point the trunk will be open. In case of problems in the lock mechanism it will be possible to lubricate it with silicone grease after cleaning it.
