How to perform a hard reset of the radio in the Citroen C4 Grand Picasso?

The hard reset is the procedure used to restore the radio to factory settings. It is usually performed when you intend to sell the radio (with or without the car) and to resolve minor operational issues caused by the radio's software. Complete the following steps: 1) Press "settings" (the icon with gears that accesses the settings); 2) Scroll to the left screen by pressing the arrow on the display; 3) Press "system settings", which is the first button at the top; 4) Select "factory settings" located at the bottom right; 5) Click on "restore factory settings" and finally on "confirm".
