How the tyre pressure monitoring system works in the Dacia Spring

The Dacia Spring is equipped with an always-active tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) that detects any loss of pressure. The warning light is displayed on the dashboard. If it lights up, go to the nearest service station and check the pressure (indicated on the bodywork, visible with the driver's door open). Always check the pressure when the tyres are cold. If you check them when warm, add 0.2-0.3 bar to the recommended pressure. After adjusting the pressure, after changing a wheel, after using the inflation kit, or after swapping the wheels. To reset: with the ignition on and the vehicle stationary, press the button several times to select "Reset TPMS" on the display. Hold the button for about 3 seconds. The light will flash for 5 seconds, then the message "TPMS started" will appear. Drive for a few minutes to complete the reset.
