Today, in this video tutorial, you will see how to disassemble and replace the clutch discs of a Derbi Senda 50. First, soak the new clutch discs in engine oil; then drain the oil from the bike by unscrewing the drain bolt located under the engine. At this point, unscrew the screws of the clutch cover to access the discs; then unscrew the screws of the metal disc and remove the cork ones.

Now, fit the new clutch discs and assemble all the components, following the video tutorial until the end for reassembly!

Vespa Immobiliser: How to Transfer the Chip from the Old Key

In the case shown in the video, the new keys are not recognised by the ECU: the Vespa starts but does not run (thus the immobiliser is active). The solution shown in the video involves locating the immobiliser chip in the old key (the one recognised by the ECU). Open the cover on the key (only red master keys or some blue ones), remove the chip (which is a small black cylinder or rectangle), insert it into the new key in place of the new one, and try to start. Now the key will work. If the master key is red, it will definitely work. If it is blue, it might work: you need to cut the silicone; this is possible but a delicate operation. If it is a black clone key, then it is a system that does not work.
