Removing the Clutch Assembly from the Derbi Senda

In today's tutorial video, follow the main steps to remove and replace the clutch discs of the Derbi Senda 50, as well as the Aprilia SX 50. First, unscrew the screws of the clutch cover located on the sides using a socket spanner; then remove the clutch cable by disconnecting it from the adjuster.

At this point, you can take off the clutch cover; unscrew the central screws to remove the clutch discs one by one. Finally, replace the discs and refit everything by applying the reverse procedure!

In the case shown in the video, the new keys are not recognised by the ECU: the Vespa starts but does not run (thus the immobiliser is active). The solution shown in the video involves locating the immobiliser chip in the old key (the one recognised by the ECU). Open the cover on the key (only red master keys or some blue ones), remove the chip (which is a small black cylinder or rectangle), insert it into the new key in place of the new one, and try to start. Now the key will work. If the master key is red, it will definitely work. If it is blue, it might work: you need to cut the silicone; this is possible but a delicate operation. If it is a black clone key, then it is a system that does not work.
