We place the motorcycle on the stand, lift the tank; with a screwdriver we release the clamping hooks of the cover of the air filter housing (clamp plates). After releasing the catches of the container, we uncover the cap and remove the air filter. Let's place a new one if damaged or reposition the same after having cleaned them (we use an air compressor). Finally, close the air filter holder and tighten the cover screws with a screwdriver.

How do you bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes?

In order to bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes, you need to open the drawer that is located in correspondence with the knob, unscrewing the fixing screws of the cover. Once this has been opened, it will be possible to insert a small tube inside the vent on the brake caliper: therefore, by opening the valve, the brake fluid can be collected inside a container. When all the fluid has flowed out, it will be possible to fill in the new brake oil from the vent that was previously opened by removing the cover next to the knob.
