After cleaning it, mount the triple clamp taking care to match the holes on the handlebar pins and screwing it in. To understand which is the right and left fork just look at the part where the caliper bolts will be inserted. Before mounting them, grease the two bolts of the bottom plate, as shown in the video. Insert the fork by inserting it from below into the upper plate and lightly tighten all the screws (lower and upper plate). After having mounted the second fork and making sure that the pin is firmly in place, tighten the bolts to the tightening indicated in the video.

How do you bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes?

In order to bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes, you need to open the drawer that is located in correspondence with the knob, unscrewing the fixing screws of the cover. Once this has been opened, it will be possible to insert a small tube inside the vent on the brake caliper: therefore, by opening the valve, the brake fluid can be collected inside a container. When all the fluid has flowed out, it will be possible to fill in the new brake oil from the vent that was previously opened by removing the cover next to the knob.
