To replace the air filter of the Ducati Diavel 1260, loosen the screws securing the side panels of the motorcycle so they can be completely removed, providing access to the fuel tank. The fuel tank must be released from its position by unscrewing the screws that hold it and disconnecting the connectors attached to it. By lifting the tank, you will then be able to access the filter box underneath, which should be opened by sliding the air filter out of its housing. After removing the filter, insert the new one and reattach all the components that were removed.
