Below are the steps to remove and replace the rear tyre of the Ducati Multistrada V4. First, place the motorcycle on the centre stand and begin to unscrew and remove the central wheel nut to slide out the axle; then disconnect the wheel from the chain to remove it, as shown in the video.

At this point, remove the tyre from the rim, replacing it with the new one (of the same size); then reinstall the rear wheel, refitting the brake caliper and finally adjusting the chain!
