How to replace the transmission pinion on Royal Enfield Himalayan

In today's video we will see how to disassemble and replace the transmission pinion on a Royal Enfield Himalayan, following the instructions below. First we go to remove the pinion side cover, which we find on the left, by unscrewing the fixing screws; after which we proceed with the removal of the pinion: to do this we go to block the chain and then unscrew the central nut of the pinion, as illustrated in the video. At this point we can proceed with the replacement, with the pinion with the same type of toothing; apply the reverse procedure for reassembly!

In order to replace the engine oil of the Yamaha Tà © nà © rà © 700 it is necessary to loosen the screws that secure the skid plate located in the lower part in front of the bike: once this has been removed, it will be possible to access the components underlying. Here you will find the drain plug, which must be unscrewed by collecting all the oil inside a container; above the drain plug you will also find the oil filter, which can be extracted and replaced with a new one. After having covered everything with the skid plate, you can top up by inserting the oil into the hole in the crankcase located on the left side of the bike.
