We need to remove the glove compartment, unscrewing the two outer screws and the one inside, which is inserted in a compartment in the plastic. We will have to disconnect the arms and then pull out the drawer. Behind it we will find the resistor, and to remove it there are two 5.5mm screws. The part is not very easy to reach, even though we have removed the drawer, also because it needs to be put back in a particular position. We put everything back in place and now the ventilation also works at intermediate speeds.
