How to reset the service light on the Fiat 500X or 500L

We can see how to reset the service light of the Fiat 500X or 500L empirically, without the need for equipment. Turn on the ignition at the first click of the key, and hold down the accelerator pedal for about three seconds. Then press the clutch pedal all the way down for three seconds, and then press the brake pedal - always all the way down - seven times. After this, wait for fifty seconds, still without removing your foot from the accelerator. After this period, remove your foot from the accelerator, turn off the instrument panel, wait a minute with the panel off, and when you turn the panel back on, the light will be off.
