How to disassemble the clutch of a Fiat 500

Model: Fiat 500 312 - Years 2007-2024

Use a lift or a jack to lift the vehicle in order to have enough space to work underneath it. By unscrewing the wheel bolts, remove the front wheels to access the clutch area. Remove the oil drain plug and let the oil drain into a container. Remove the connecting pin and disconnect the half shaft from the braking system. Remove additional components: remove any elements that obstruct access to the clutch housing. Once you have reached the clutch housing, unscrew the nuts and remove the worn clutch. Reassemble everything by working in reverse.
