How to unlock the tailgate lock of a Fiat Cinquecento? Follow these steps: fold down the rear seat backrest; remove the tailgate cover (as shown in the video) using a screwdriver to unscrew the securing screws on the plastic panel (where the handles are). Remove the plastic from the tailgate of the boot (use a plastic or metal lever for assistance), unlock the faulty lock and open the tailgate. Reassemble the plastics and associated parts in reverse order of disassembly.
